Senator Wilken, Cochair, moved and asked unanimous consent that                                     
the Finance Committee referral be waived on SENATE BILL NO. 327                                     
"An Act relating to pedestrians using rollerblades, roller skates, and                              
similar devices." Without objection, the bill was referred to the Rules                             
Committee.
